YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIGITAL RECORDS CLERK
As a Digital Records Scanner at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will be an integral part of our document management team, specializing in transferring and scanning physical documents into our document imaging systems. Your primary responsibility will involve meticulously scanning documents to produce accurate electronic reports for our electronic health record.
This role demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while ensuring all scanned documents are legible, accurately indexed, and appropriately adjusted when necessary. You will organize scanned documents across various local, network, and cloud-based storage systems while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and agency guidelines. Working independently with oversight from a department supervisor, you will be crucial in facilitating the smooth operation of our documentation processes and supporting our commitment to delivering exemplary community services.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
