Customer Support (Intercom SME)

ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist with expertise in Intercom (and other like platforms) to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, tickets, disputes, and refunds through the Intercom and Stripe platform. Your focus will be on delivering prompt and effective resolutions while minimizing refunds to maintain positive company metrics. As a Customer Support expert, you will also contribute to optimizing the customer service processes and ensuring that the platform is utilized to its fullest potential. You must be available during EST hours to manage Intercom’s online chat inquiries.
